Engr. Myrckho Miguell A. Mendoza is a licensed chemical engineer with 5 years of work experience as a process engineer in Transitions Optical Phils. Inc. (now Optodev Inc. (EssilorLuxottica)) focused on process optimization, yield improvement, new product development & deployment (NPDD), and new product introduction (NPI).
He is one of the current coaches and was a former team captain of the UPLB Chemical Engineering Quiz Team which comprise chemical engineering students that represent the Department and the University in various national chemical engineering scholastic competitions.
Research Interests:
Design of Experiments (Parametric and Optimization Studies), Process Safety and Hazard Analysis, Fabrication and Simulation, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Fermentation
